Designed for the Kinect, The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout offers fitness enthusiasts more than 125 controller-free exercises to complete in a choice of four environments taken from the television show. Using the Kinect’s camera, the game will scan your body and recommend a personalized routine. Routines are designed to target both the upper body and lower body, with cardio, yoga, and cardio boxing options available to personalize the experience.
Also included are ten pre-set fitness programs, such as “Belly Buster” and “Boot Camp,” and 50 recipes from various Biggest Loser publications. Trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels, show host Alison Sweeney, and over 70 former contestants are included to provide motivation during the various stages of the game. Multiple profiles are also supported for family members, who can record video diaries of their progress and send out words of encouragement to others. An in-game calendar lets you track daily challenges, weigh-ins, calories burned, and calories consumed, while online support offers you the opportunity to work out with up to three other friends, regardless of their location.
